Let me just start this by saying...

I SURVIVED THE FRYING OF A TURKEY AND AM STILL IN MY HOME!!!  WHOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!
In all seriousness I was worried about the Hubby frying a turkey it is a dangerous thing to do, I have heard thousands of horror stories and I didn’t want to be this year’s addition. However I must confess that the indoor electric turkey fryer worked pretty darn good.  I was able to find a 14 lb turkey that wasn’t frozen and Hubby washed, dried and seasoned it, it took a little over an hour to fry.  I have to say this was the moistest turkey I’ve ever had, even the breast was juicy.  Secretly I did have my shoes on all while it was cooking just in case I had to leave in a hurry.  After the turkey and fixing were eaten and Hubby settled down to watch football, football and more football I curled up and stitched.  I finished the second design in my Black & White project.
Don’t know which one I’ll start next but I’ll figure it out when it rolls around again in my wonky rotation.  Happy Dance all around I finally finished the “Green Goddess” by Joan Elliott stitched on 14ct gold stardust Aida with DMC and Kreinik braid.  My photography skills are not the best but I’ve tried to take close-ups to show the beading.

It’s not official because I wasn’t signed up for 2011 TUSAL but just for fun here is mine, started the last new moon.
Well 12 Days of Christmas is calling so I’ve got to go and make more wonderful little xxs.

Came over just to see Green Goddess! It's great to see a finished project rather than the computer produced one in the book.
The beads look really good. Well done!
