Just a little progress...

Yes I made a little more progress since my marathon stitching last week.  I did finish the "Christmas In July SAL from Karen at Sunshine Stitches.  I really enjoyed this SAL it was quick and I used what I had on hand.  I haven't decided how I will finish it just yet, but I'm thinking about repeating the chart and trying my first bisconu.
I decided to work on "African Women" until this evening and start on Papillon Creations "Around the World in 80 Stitches on Saturday.  On AW I have the third woman's face almost finished and will try to get as much done on this one as possible before taking another update picture.  Next time I'll have pictures of both to share.
I am excited to see the opening ceremonies of the 2012 Summer Olympics and to watch my favorite events: basketball, gymnastics, swimming and track&field. What is your favorite event? How about leaving me a comment and letting me know. And of course tell me if you are planning any special Olympic stitching.
A few days ago I picked up my 100th follower and as a thank you, I have sent a small package of goodies to Emma from My Creative Corner.  I am truly grateful for all of my followers and I thank you for coming to visit my blog and leaving me such encouraging comments. Well it's time to make some little xxs. See you next time.
